Please note that I do not accept insurance, but do provide paid statements that you can submit to your insurance company. If you have an out-of-network benefit with your insurance plan, you will likely be able to receive partial reimbursement for services. I recommend calling your insurance company to inquire about the details of your out-of-network benefit before your first visit with me.
